My core traning is in Gestalt Therapy, and I practice from this perspective. My focus is always on adapting my way of working to best suit your needs, regardless of the subject matter we're working with. At the same time, some of the experiences that bring people to therapy share common characteristics, and this influences how I think about and approach those issues.
