Welcome to The Bristol Therapist
I am a fully UKCP Registered Gestalt Therapist, practising from 28 Orchard Street, Bristol, BS1 5EH. I have worked with many people seeking support for a wide range of experiences, and have clinical interests in depression, anxiety, trauma, and ADHD support. My approach as a therapist is open, warm, and interactive. I'm not here to analyse and interpret your behaviours. As a therapist in the Gestalt tradition, I see therapy as a co-creation, something we work on together. It's ultimately about discovering what you need to do to live as full and satisfying a life as possible.
