Welcome to The Bristol Therapist

I am a fully UKCP Registered Gestalt Therapist, practising from central Bristol. I have worked with many people seeking support for a wide range of experiences. Previously practising as Silver Cat Psychotherapy, I'm using the idea of the Bristol Therapist to place my practice in the here and now context of the city I work in; Bristol!

My approach as a therapist is open, warm, and interactive. I'm not here to analyse and interpret your behaviours. As a therapist in the Gestalt tradition, I see therapy as a co-creation, something we work on together. It's ultimately about discovering what you need to do to live as full and satisfying a life as possible.
